Flat Fee Application Services
Our flat fee for preparing and filing a US trademark application for a single mark in a single class is $475 plus government fee. (If you use your trademark to sell more than one category of things, each class will have its own filing fee, and our fee will increase somewhat. We’ll let you know total pricing before you owe anything.)
Do you work outside the US?
Trademark protection is geographical. We can help with foreign trademark applications and registrations. We will determine if a Madrid Protocol or a domestic filing is better. We will let you know the pricing up front.
