With any application, it’s common for the USPTO and international trademark agencies to point out problems and ask questions.

Similarly, follow-up filings will be necessary if an application is filed on an intent to use basis, before the mark is actively being used to promote your product or service. Flat Fee Responsive Filings

We will let you know our flat fee ahead of time, taking the guesswork and surprises out of investing in the protection of your brand. For most office action responses, our flat fee to write and file the required response is between $175 and $675.

Trademark Registration Renewals
After an application registers, you will need to submit filings between the 5th and 6th year of registration and then every 9th and 10th year to avoid registration cancellation. We will pinpoint the applicable filing, gather suitable specimens of continued use, and file with the USPTO to ensure renewal of your rights. Unlike copyrights and patents, trademark rights and registrations can last forever with proper maintenance.
